About Us
The GGUSBCA is a non-profit organization made up of volunteers who help govern the sport of tenpin bowling in the Greater Gardner area. We provide a forum for local bowlers to be represented for their concerns and honored for their achievements.
The Association is organized as a non-profit corporation and operates consistent with the requirements of an organization classified as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). The Association is chartered by the United States Bowling Congress (USBC) and is subject to its authority.
To maintain its charter, the Association must:
1. Provide services for men, women and youth.
2. Adopt bylaws approved by the USBC.
3. Not enact any bylaws or rules inconsistent with the USBC's bylaws.
4. Adhere to Performance Standards and stated requirements as set forth in the USBC Association Policy Manual.

Board Members
All positions serve a two-year term. The President, Vice Presidents, Treasurer and Association Manager are elected at the Annual Membership meeting (typically held in August). Directors are elected/reaffirmed by the Association Board.
