Youth Bowling

The Ken Conti Presidential Youth Scholarship is awarded to a high school  or college student who demonstrates

leadership, exemplary sportsmanship and cooperation, one who possesses a positive attitude, and exudes enthusiasm
toward the sport of bowling.   One award winner, managed through the USBC's SMART Program, will be selected annually to recieve a $500 scholarship. An application can be downloaded here:

Our 12^th Annual Joe Lynch Step Ladder Tournament will be held at Gardner Ten Pins on Sunday, February 19^th!  This tournament is sponsored by our Local Bowling Association (GGUSBC) and is FREE to all qualified bowlers.

Bowlers qualify during their regular league play for three weeks (January 7^th, 14^th and 21^st ) and their highest two-series totals are used to determine the first 5 qualifiers in each Division.  There are four divisions (Div A: Ages 6-9, Div B: Ages 9-11, Div C: Ages 12-15, Div D: Ages 16 and up).

There is also an award presented to the high series game plus handicap in each division.
